We got tired of watching local businesses get treated like ticket numbers by national helpdesks, so we built the kind of network partner we'd want ourselves.

Black Dagger Technology started with a simple observation: small businesses were paying enterprise prices for network support and still waiting days for someone who understood their actual environment.
